摘  要:利用白地霉作为发酵菌株,以提油后的麻疯树饼粕作为培养基,采用固态发酵方式生产蛋白酶。控制培养基湿度为100%,调整培养基初始pH值为6.5~7.5,并添加10%麸皮,在此条件下发酵4d,蛋白酶产量达到最大值(1527U/g干培养基)。向培养基中分别添加10%乳糖和5%葡萄糖,可以使蛋白酶产量提高3.6倍和1.9倍。The solid-state fermentation conditions of protease using deoiled Jatropha curcas seed cake as substrate and Geotrichum candidum strain as starter were investigated in this paper. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: the moisture of medium 100%, initial pH 6.5-7.0 and supplementation of wheat bran 10%. Under these optimum conditions, the maximum protease production (1527 U/g of substrate) was obtained after 4 d fermentation. Protease production could be increased by 3.6-fold and 1.9-fold by addition of 10% maltose and 5% glucose, respectively. These results indicated that the approach of using deoiled Jatropha curcas seed cake to produce industrial enzyme was feasible, which also could reduce the cost ofbiodiesel production to some extent.
