摘　　要：研究了一类矩阵多项式的开平方问题,给出了该类矩阵多项式能开平方的充分必要条件及其平方根矩阵的个数,完善了作者先前的理论,并推广了朱德高的主要结论.The sufficient and necessary condition for given, and the number of square-rooting matrices of results in Mei and ZHU are extended to the general the existence of square-rooting matrices of matrix polynomial is matrix polynomial is given at the same time. At last, the major case.
