摘　　要：研究Sn1+1中的Ⅱ型全脐洛伦兹等参超曲面M。证明了形算子A的最小多项式为λ2的这种超曲面局部地被(n-1)个函数C1(t),…,Cn-1(t)所唯一确定,给出了这种超曲面的解析表达式。并且形算子A的最小多项式为(λ0a)2的任何Ⅱ型全脐洛伦兹等参超曲面局部地与上述超曲面的平行超曲面叠合,从而完成了Sn1+1中的Ⅱ型全脐洛伦兹等参超曲面的分类。Let M be an umbilical Lorentzian isoparametric hypersurface of type II in the Lorentzian sphere Sn＋11.It is proved that M is uniquely determined by a set of functions C1（t）,…,Cn-1（t） which can be chosen arbitrarily,if the minimal polynomial of the shape operator A of M is λ2.The analytic expression for such kind of hypersurfaces is given.Consequently,any umbilical Lorentzian isoparametric hypersurfaces of type II with minimal polynomial（λ-a）2 of A are the parallel hypersurface of M.
