摘　　要：黄浆水为棕黄色,胶体混合物。因其含有大量丰富的有机物,故黄浆水成为综合利用关注的必然。文中介绍了黄浆水在简单处理后进行勾调酒,利用其强化窖泥保养和粮醅发酵,制作人工窖泥,己酸菌液驯化培养以及制作香醅等;利用黄浆水中的大量有机酸生产饮料、生产单细胞蛋白饲料、生产酯化液;利用黄浆水进行沼气发酵等的应用,较全面体现了黄浆水的综合利用价值。Yellow slurry water is yellowish-brown, colloid mixture. It catches attention since it contains abundant organic substance. After simple treatment, yellow slurry water can be used to blend liquor, strengthen the pit mud keeping, fermented grains fermentation, man-made pit mud making, domesticated culturing of caproic acid bacteria, making flavoring fermented grains, etc. The abundant organic acid can be used to produce beverage, single cell protein and esterifying liquid. Yellow slurry water can also be applied for biogas fermentation. All of these reflect the comprehensive utilization value of yellow slurry water.
