摘  要:在当前的教师教育中,教育智慧的培养比较欠缺.教师教育要站在教师专业化的高度培养富有教育智慧的教师.提高师范生教育理论智慧的方法主要有:引导师范生形成教师专业化意识,提升教育理论课程的实效,指导学生阅读教育名著,加强师范生教育科研能力的培养.培养师范生教育实践智慧之路是改革理论课程教学模式,加强教育实践课程.The training of educational wisdom during teachers' education has been ignored for a long time. We should train teachers at the height of teacher's specialization. There are so many approaches for upgrading normal students' wisdom of educational theory, such as guiding normal students to forming consciousness of teacher's specialization, advancing efficiency of curriculum of educational theories, supervising students reading classics within education domain and intensifying the training of normal students' ability of educational scientific research. It is a practice approach for us to train normal students' wisdom of educational practice by means of reforming the instruction styles of theoretical curriculum and putting more emphasize on educational practice curriculum.
