我国特教教师专业化发展标准刍议

摘　　要：专业化发展标准是促进教师专业化发展的前提与基础。特教教师专业标准包括基本条件和内在素质两方面。基本条件从学历、专业、特教专业知能、实习期等方面做出了规定,内在素质主要包括崇高的专业道德和人道主义服务精神、先进教育理念和正确教育信念、复合型知识结构和综合型能力结构、健康心理和良好个性品质、自我专业发展需要和意识等。特教教师素质是一个整体系统,内在素质各部分对特教教师专业化发展起着不同的作用。Development standard of professionalization is the premise and basis of promoting teachers＇ professionalization. The professionalization standard for special education teachers includes basic requirements and inherent quality. Basic requirements regulate education background, major, specialized knowledge of special education and period of practice, and inherent qualities include morality, advanced and correct educational ideas, comprehensive knowledge and ability structure, mental health, good personality, and needs as well as consciousness of self--development. Quality of special education teachers is a whole system in which inherent quality has different influence on development of special education teachers＇ professionalization.
