摘 要:建立了一种利用高效液相色谱测定黄酒中微量尿素的方法。与传统的二乙酰肟测定法相比,本方法快速、简便、准确。实验采用色谱柱Pinnacle Ⅱ Amino(5μm,250mm×4·0mm),流动相为乙腈∶水95∶5(V∶V),在检测波长为203nm条件下检测。结果表明:尿素含量在2~100mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率在81·31%~90·60%之间,相对标准偏差4·05%。The objective of this study was to develop a more sensitive method to detect the content of urea in rice wine by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with UV detection at 203nm.After filtrated by dialyzer, samples were analyzed by way of chromatography column of a Pinnacle Ⅱ Amino (5μm,250mm × 4.0mm).The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water(95:5,V:V).The calibration curve showed good linearity when the amount of urea was in the range of 2- 100mg/L.The recovery rate was higher than 80%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5% .The method was simple and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of urea.
