摘　　要：对利用废弃资源发酵生产单细胞蛋白的微生物种类、原料及生产工艺等进行了比较详细的介绍,同时对其安全性、营养性以及经济性进行了评价,并对发展这一技术提出了一些建议。The kinds of fermentative microbe and raw material of the single call protein produced by discarded resources as well as its technology were introduced in detail, and its safety, nutrition and economics were also estimated.And there were some suggestions about how to improve this technology.
