摘　　要：校长作为课程领导者其权威由传统权威、制度权威、专业权威和感召权威构成。有效的课程领导要求校长以专业和感召权威为主，以传统和制度权威为辅。为建立校长的专业和感召权威，校长需要采取一系列方针策略。As a curriculum leader Principal＇s authority is composed of traditional, system, specialized and charisma authority. Effective curriculum leadership requests principal take the authority as the specialty primarily and tradition and system authority as auxiliary. In order to establish principal＇s specialty and the impel authority, principal needs to adopt a series of strategy.
