摘 要:随着素质教育的实施,培养全面发展的合格人才的呼声越来越高,因此要求学生掌握课堂所学内容显得极为重要。并且各个学生的先天素质和主观努力程度的不同,即使同一个班级的学生在学习上也存在明显的差异,因此分层教学,因人施教是在课堂教学领域深入实施素质教育时应运而生的,也是培养学生竞争意识,适应未来社会激烈竞争的需要。With the implementation of education for all-round development and the increasing demands for training qualified personnel of all-round development, the students are asked to learn and master the contents of the classroom, which appears to be extremely important. And all the inherent quality of the students, and the subjective efforts of the different levels of the same class students are obvious different, thus hierar- chical teaching, individualized education in the classroom teaching in the field of in-depth quality education come into being, and also it is to train students' sense of competition and adapt to the intense competition in the future.
