摘 要:20世纪70年代由英国学者提出的以培养核心能力为核心的新职业主义教育思想,在实践中经过不断地发展和完善,很快成为各国关注的热点以及世界职业教育改革与发展的趋势。20世纪90年代,美国结合本国国情,适时地对该思想进行了拓展和丰富,使之成为其职业教育的实践引擎。作为全新背景下的一种教育主张,美国新职业主义教育思想是对传统意义上的、以社会效用理论为代表的"专门化的职业培训"的扬弃,与杜威的"大职业主义教育思想"和马兰的"职业生涯教育思想"相融合,又有创新和时代特征。The educational thought of new vocationalism, put forward by the scholar of the UK in the 1970s, and centered on core skill cultivation, has become the hotspot issue in each country and the trend of worldwide vocational education reform and development through the continuing development and improvement in practice. From the 1990s,new vocationalism has been developed and enriched by the US scholars and has become the engine of practice in the field of vocational education. As a kind of educational idea under the new background, it develops and also discards the traditional specialization vocational training, which takes social effectiveness theory as representative, and mixes with John Dewey's grand vocationalism educational thought and Sidney S.Marland's vocational career education thought, at the same time it innovates and presents the age characteristics.
