摘　　要：在对知识型员工人力资本特点及需求新特征进行分析的基础上,提出了知识型员工导向文化的概念,构建了测量这一概念的量表。通过351份有效调查问卷检测了这一量表的效度及信度,并分析了其样本分布特征,有针对性地指出了企业在营建知识型员工导向文化时应当注意的问题及未来研究方向。Based on knowledge worker＇s human capital characteristics and new need characteristics ,the paper puts forward a concept of orientational culture of knowledge worker and its survey,The survey＇s reliability and effectivity are administered to 351 questionnaires, then the sample＇s characteristics are described.At last, what eorporates must pay attention to when they build knowledge-worker orientational culture and direction in the future research are pointed out.
