摘 要:对玉米生料发酵生产燃料酒精工艺进行了研究。通过正交试验得到生料发酵工艺最佳条件:酵母0.3%,糖化酶200U/g,纤维素酶0.15%,料水比1∶2.5,搅拌为140r/min,发酵温度29℃。在此条件下,进行10L发酵罐试验,发酵时间120h左右,最终淀粉利用率为93%左右。考虑到综合技术与经济效益,最终的最佳条件确定为:酵母0.2%,糖化酶250U/g,纤维素酶0.1%,料水比1∶2.5,搅拌为140r/min,发酵温度29℃,发酵时间为85h~95h。Fuel alcohol production technology with the fermentation of uncooked corn flour was studied in this paper. The results were as following: through the orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions of uncooked corn fermentation were 0.3% yeast, 200 U/g saccharifying enzyme, 0.15% cellulase, the ratio of material to water 1 : 2.5, the stirring speed 140 r/min, and the fermentation temperature 29℃. Under these conditions, the fermentation was processed in a 10 L fermenter, and through the fermentation period of 120 h, the final utilization ratio of starch is 93% or so. Taking the comprehensive technological and economic benefit into consideration, the optimum conditions are designed as 0.2% yeast, 250 U/g saccharifying enzyme, 0.1% cellulase, the ratio of material to water 1 : 2.5, the stirring speed 140r/min, the fermentation temperature 29℃, and the fermentation period 85 h-95 h.
