摘　　要："导游基础"课程是高职旅游专业学生学习旅游文化知识、培养旅游服务基本技能的必修课程。"导游基础"课程如何适应时代发展的需要,加强学生职业能力的培养,是高职院校旅游专业教学改革的重点课题。"导游基础"课程的教学改革,必须摒弃传统的知识本位的教学思想,确立以能力为本位的教学理念:以提高职业能力为导向,明确课程目标;以职业能力为本位,优化课程内容;以职业能力为主线,创新教学过程;以职业能力为中心,改革课程评价体系。“Tourist Guide Basis” is the requred course for the students of vocational colleges who major in tourism to obtain tourism cultural knowledge and the basic - skill training for tourism services in their future career, which is also the important project of teaching reform for the tourism specialty in vocational colleges. The course aims not only to adapt to the needs of the development of the times, but also attach the importance on cultivation of the students abilities and skills. It manages to abandon the trational teaching notion which focused on knowledge only, and establish the ablity -orientated teaching thought, aiming at cultivation of vocational abilities and skills, keeping clear about the aim of the course, optimizing its content, creating its teaching process and reforming its system of tests.
