摘　　要：生物活性低聚肽具有吸收速度快、耗能低、不易饱和等优点。我国植物资源丰富,在植物源低聚肽研究开发上取得了一定的成果。对玉米肽、大豆肽、大米肽等植物源低聚肽方面的研究进展做一综述,并对我国植物源低聚肽的研究前景进行展望。Bioactive oligopeptide has advantages on the higher of absorption rate, the lower of power-wasting, and high saturation. Our country is rich in plant resources, and we have some acquisition in researching the oligopeptide derived from plants. This paper expounds the progress of the corn peptides, soybean peptides, rice peptides and other oligo-peptides. And it has been looked into that the future of the researches on the oligopeptides derived from the plant.
