摘  要:随着我国社区建设的不断完善,社区对青少年思想品德形成的重要性日益凸显。学校与社区的德育目标有着内在的一致性,应立足于学校与社区的特点,挖掘学校德育与社区德育各自的优势,在管理方面,达成学校德育与社区德育的协调统筹,在德育资源方面,实现学校德育与社区德育的共享互补,从而建立学校与社区和谐互动的德育机制,促进"学校—社区"合力育人德育机制的形成。With the constant perfection of community construction in China, the community is playing a more and more important role in the cultivation of the ideology and personality of the adolescents. There is the consistency of the goal of moral education in school and community. According to the characteristics of the school and community, we should take the priorities of the moral education of the school and community to integrate the coordination and overall planning in management, to achieve the sharing and complementation in moral education resources, so as to construct harmonious and interactive moral education mechanism between school and community and to promote the formation of jointing moral education mechanism of school-community".
