摘　　要：当前,我国教师教育质量保证体系的构建明显不能适应教师专业化发展的需要,这对教师培养规格乃至整个教师队伍的建设有着非常消极的影响。我们应该从教师教育质量保证的主体、教师教育质量保证的内容、教师教育质量保证的动力和教师教育质量保证的价值观等方面来建设、完善教师教育质量保证体系。Currently,it is very obvious that the construction of quality guarantee system of teachers' education in our country doesn't meet the needs of the development of teachers' specialization.This condition will have great negative influence on teachers' training standard and even on the construction of the whole contingent of teachers.At present,in order to build the quality guarantee system of teachers' education with Chinese features,the following several aspects should be improved: the main subjects,the contents,the motive force,the value,etc.
