摘  要:孔子所提出和践行的"因材施教"思想对中外教育发展贡献巨大、影响深远。今天,重新认识孔子因材施教的理论基础,诠释其深刻内涵,有助于我们更加科学、深入地认识教育均衡发展,更有助于我们通过因材施教让每一个学生接受适切的教育,让每一个学生获得最大限度的发展,让我们的教育回归生活、回归本真。The theory of teaching students according to their aptitude proposed and put in force by Confucius has made great contributions home and abroad with far-reaching impact. Today, to re-recognize Confucius' theoretical basis of teaching students according to their aptitude is helpful for us to understand the balanced development of education more scientifically, to make every student receive appropriate education according to their aptitude, so as to make every student maximize his development, and have our education return to life, return to the truth.
