摘 要:作为后现代哲学基础的过程哲学,认为过程是根本的、现实的,存在是创造性的过程。教师专业发展强调了教师的成长是一个循序渐进、螺旋上升、追求生命质量的现实过程。从过程哲学的视角看,传统认识论强调了教师职业的社会价值,忽视了教师个人价值的体现,而教师个人价值与社会价值、精神世界和现实世界的冲突,造成了现实中理想化的教师职业精神与现实经验的落差以及教师人格的二重性。在教师专业化背景下以过程哲学的视角重新审视教师职业,应还原教师"人"的本质,实现教师专业发展的生成性,通过教师专业境界实现教师专业发展过程中现实世界和精神世界的和谐关系。Process philosophy,as the base of postmodern philosophy,believes that process is fundamental and realistic,and entity is a creative process.Teacher's professional development emphasizes that teacher's growth is a gradual and spiral upward growth pursuing the qualities of life.From the perspective of process philosophy,traditional epistemology highlights teaching profession's social value,while neglects the embodiment of teacher's personal value.The conflicts between personal and social values,spiritual and real world cause a gap between the ideal image and the real experience of teacher's job,as well as the dual characters of teacher's personalities.Re-examining teacher's job under the background of teacher's professionalization,it is obliged to restore teacher's nature of "human being",and realize the Generativitt of teacher's professional development,for the purpose of realizing a harmonious relation between the real and spiritual world in the process of teacher's professional development through teacher's professional state.
