摘　　要：对花生蛋白进行了介绍，对制取花生蛋白的各种技术进行了综述。The artical intruduced peanut protein,revewed the technoiogy of preparation of peanut protein.In order to prepare peanut protein,a new thinking is put forward in this paper.It is possible to extract peanut protein by aqueous enzymatic technology.
