摘  要:【目的】提升豆渣的饲用价值,缓解饲料短缺矛盾。【方法】以豆渣为培养基主要原料,对面包酵母B188固体发酵生产单细胞蛋白(SCP)的工艺条件进行了研究。【结果】通过对培养基组成和培养条件的优化,确定了豆渣固体发酵生产单细胞蛋白的工艺条件;其优化工艺是麸皮与豆渣的最佳配比为1∶6;尿素、硫酸铵的添加量分别是3%,0.2%;起始pH 5.0,接种量12%,培养温度30℃,培养时间48 h;在此优化条件下,SCP合成量达最大值,蛋白质含量为36.19%。【结论】该研究为豆渣的饲料化规模生产提供了一种参考方法。[ Objective and Metnod] The objective of this paper was to investigate the technological conditions of SCP producton by Saccharomyces cerevisiae Bt88 to improve the feeding value of bean dregs and to relieve the shortage of forage by use of the bean dregs as raw medium. [ Result] Optimization of the mediums and the cultivating conditions and tile technology was determined. The ratio of bran and bean dregs was 1 : 6, the initial pH 5.05 anmaonium sulfate and added amount were 3.0% and 0.2% respectively, the inoculation volume were 12%, the cultivate temperature was 30℃and the period for 48 h. In the optimum conditions, the content of SCP synthetic was up to the maximum, protein content was 36.19%. [ Conclusion]The technology provides a good basis for large scale production of bean dregs feed.
