摘　　要：本文介绍江苏教育学院数学系坚持近二十年的中小学数学骨干教师培训的经历、经验积累,和坚持以"一切为了中小学数学教师的成长"为宗旨,逐步形成"面对实际,针对问题"进行培训的特色,由此为今后的培训工作给出了积极的思考和展望.In this paper the authors introduce the nearly-twenty-year training process instructed by the department of mathematics of Jangsu Institute of Education. After the description of the accumulation of the Paining experience, the training principal aim and characteristics, the authors give some active thinking and some prospect for the training work in the future.
