摘　　要：简介了细胞内谷胱甘肽的生物合成的途径以及近年来在发酵法生产谷胱甘肽的过程中如何通过过程控制提高胞内谷胱甘肽产量的研究进展。This article briefly introduced the biosynthetic pathway of glutathione in cells and how to improve the intracellular production of glutathione by process control at the fermentation process of glutathione in recent years.
