摘  要:中学指导教师在数学教育实习中扮演着重要的角色。调查发现,绝大部分实习生在教育实习的过程中获得了中学指导教师对他们的指导。指导的内容集中在课堂教学设计和教学技能方面。大部分实习生都认可指导教师的工作。在实习中大多数指导教师没有获得如何从事指导工作的培训机会及取得相关工作的资质;他们与高等教育机构联系甚少;指导实习生的过程中存在单打独斗的问题。Middle school mentors play an important role in mathematics education internship. According to the investigation, most of the interns have obtained instructions from middle school mentors in their education internship. Instructions of the mentors focus on class- room teaching design and teaching skills, which have been recognized by most of the interns. Meanwhile, in the process of internship, a large number of mentors fail to get the refining chances on how to take instructions, as well as chances on getting related qualifications; they have little contact with higher education organizations ; and during the process of instructing interns, they also have little cooperation with each other.
