摘  要:目的:编制针对高师学生的自我专业发展意识量表。方法:在四所大学选取652名从大一到大四的高师生进行测量。对所编制的量表进行项目分析和信效度检验。结果:量表的内部一致性信度α系数为0.94,分半信度系数是0.91,因素分析显示量表的结构效度较好。结论:量表的信度和效度指标基本符合心理测量学的标准。Objective: To develop a self- consciousness of professional development scale for normal university students. Methods : The self- consciousness of professional development Scale was developed and its reliability and validity were examined on the basis of the data of 625 normal university students from four universities. Results : The formal Scale includes 42 items, 4 factors. Cronbach a was 0.94, and the split -half reliability was 0.91. Conclusion: Pretty good Reliability and validity of the self - consciousness of professional development Scale for normal university student were demonstrated.
