摘　　要：当前我国的教育中存在多种影响创造力生成的阻滞因素,对这些因素的反思主要可以从教育价值观中的效率至上论、教育过程中的封闭化教学设计、教育评价中的区分性考试三个层面展开。学校教育走出创造力缺失困境的前提是对创造力阻滞因素及其后果清醒而深刻的认识。There are many factors hindering the creativity generation in our education.Reflection on these factors can mainly be expanded from three levels,which are efficiency priority of educational value,closed-based instructional design in the educational process and distinction examination in the educational evaluation.A clear and profound understanding about the factors hindering the creativity cultivation is the prerequisite for school education stepping out of the plight lacking in creativity.
