摘　　要：回顾了食醋的药用历史,综述了食醋的抗氧化、抗衰老、清除自由基、祛除皱纹、淡化色斑等美容保健功能的研究进展,为研发具有保健美容功效产品提供理论依据。Vinegar is rich in nutrients and has a unique health effects. Vinegar has long history in medicinal use, but the beauty effectiveness of vinegar was less function. This paper reviews the history of medicinal vinegar and research on vinegar function such as anti-oxidation, anti-aging, free radical scavenging, eliminate wrinkles, desalinate chloasma, with a view to research and develop vinegar health and beauty products provide a theoretical basis for efficacy.
