摘　　要：文章对德国双元制职业教育进行了介绍，并对基本特征与办学特色进行了系统归纳与总结，以便我们能深入理解、借鉴学习，为进一步开展教育的国际合作提供参考。The paper introduces the dual- system vocational education of Germany and systematically summarizes the fundamental characteristics of it. Therefore, we can further understand it to provide the reference for the international oooperation in education.
