摘  要:研究了奶粉中三聚氰胺的快速检测方法。结果表明:茜素红与三聚氰胺有颜色反应,最佳显色浓度为0.01%。奶粉上清液与茜素红的最佳反应体积比例为5∶1;最大吸收波长为426nm;该方法线性范围为1~5mg/kg。In this paper,milk powder was used as raw material and the rapid detection method to melamine in milk powder had been studied.The results showed that there were color reaction between alizarin red and melamine, the best concentration of reagent was 0.01% The best volume ratio of milk powder supernatant and alizarin red was 5∶1.The maximum absorption wavelength of the reagent was 426 nm. The linear range of the method was 1~5 mg/kg and the recovery range was 94%~98%.
