QUALITY CONTROL FOR IODINE DETERMINATION OF IODIZED SALT IN SELECTED REGIONAL LABORATORIES OF CHINA

摘  要:目的:了解我国不同地区检测碘强化食盐中碘含量的技术水平,确保各地含碘食盐中碘量测定的准确性、可比性以及加强碘盐的质量管理。方法:以分析参照物(ARM)作为考核样品分发到四川、甘肃、贵州、宁夏、浙江等省的实验室,参加质控的实验室采用各自常规检测方法。结果:经统计处理,各实验室测定结果的重复性和再现性均符合要求。参加质控的8个实验室的回收率范围为(94.5~101.3)%,所有实验室均通过了精密度和准确度的质量控制。采用Youden双样法检验,室间的测定结果不存在显著性差异。结论:参加质控的8个实验室的结果均符合要求,质控结果满意。Objective: To investigate the performance of the iodine determination of iodized salt in selected regional laboratories of China and ensure the accuracy and comparability of the data of iodine determination and reinforce the quality management of iodized salt. Method: The analytical method of iodine was routine methods used by each laboratory. An analytical reference material (ARM) as a test material was distributed to the laboratories in Sichuan, Gansu, Guizhou, Ningxia, and Zhejiang province as well. Result: The collected data were examined by statistical analysis and the reproducibilities of the results were satisfactory. The range of recovery was (94.5 101.3)%. All of the laboratories passed the quality control test both by precision and recovery examination. According to the result of Youden Pairs Test, there was no significant difference among the results from different laboratories. Conclusion: The results from these eight participating laboratories were up to standard and satisfactory.
