摘  要:用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法,以没食子酸为标准品,分析测定了甘蔗糖厂生产制品的总酚含量。试验数据表明,总酚含量在0~6μg/mL范围内具有良好线性关系,标准曲线的回归方程为:Y=0.0959X(R2=0.9992);对稳定性、精密度、回收率进行了试验,加标回收率98.10%~100.20%,RSD为0.85%,为进一步分析检测甘蔗糖制品提供了依据。The total phenolics content of cane sugar products were analyzed by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry.The experiment was investigated using gallic acid as standard.The study showed that the content of total phenolics had a good linearity between the absorbance and gallic acid concentration from 0~6 μg/mL in 765 nm,and regressive equation of standard curve is Y=0.0959X(R2=0.9992).The recoveries and the relative standard deviation values were in the range of 98.10%~100.20% and 0.32%~1.88% respectively.This method was simple,accurate and appropriate to measure the total phenolics content of cane sugar products.
