摘  要:在20世纪80年代以前,管理学界关注的是管理问题。80年代以后,由于国外领导学科及其他学科的蓬勃发展,教育领导学从过去的隶属地位逐步走向分离。经过20多年的发展,教育管理与教育领导的语义发生了很大的变化。教育领导培训和研究机构大量出现,领导理论知识体系已经非常丰富,包括教育领导的基本概念、有效领导者的基本内容、教育领导能力、教育领导的各种理论等。教育领导学已经成为与教育管理学相互关联、交叉,但又相对独立的一门学科。Before the 1980s,what was concerned by the management circles was management issues. After the 1980s,due to the flourishing development of foreign leaders" disciplines,the leadership of the scientific and other disciplines, the education leadership turns to separation gradually from its jurisdiction stares in the past. During more than 20 years development,the semantic shift of education management and educational leadership has occured. Education leadership training and research institutions have been emergencing in a rapid speed, and the knowledge systems of leadership theory have been very rich, including the basic concepts of educational leadership, the basic content of effective leadership, educational leadership, educational leadership theories and so on. Education leadership has become a discipline which is interlinked,cross-cutting, but a relatively independent with educational management disciplines,
