摘 要:针对大学研究性教学的现状,主张大学教师注重研究教学本身,正确理解和把握教学内容,以提升课堂教学的吸引力,注重培养学生的学习毅力和创新能力,鼓励学生参与教师的研究项目、多种实习和其他有严密指导的实践性学习。倡导大学教师以高度的责任心,满腔热情地投入到教学改革中去,在研究自己专业发展的同时,增强大学教学的学术性和艺术性,改进教学方法,促进课堂教学质量的进一步提高。Based on a study of the current situation of university research teaching, the present author advocates that university teachers should pay more attention to university education itself, and understand accurately the teaching contents to advance the attractiveness of teaching. The author emphasizes the importance of cultivating learning persistence and innovative abilities, and encourages students to participate in teachers research projects, various kinds of practice and other practical learning activities with correct guidance. Finally, the author holds that university teachers should devote themselves whole -heartedly to teaching reform with a great sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, enhance the academicness and artisticness of university teaching while researching on the specialty development, and improve teaching methods for the purpose of promoting classroom teaching quality.
