摘  要:以东北特产葵花籽为主要原料,添加乳粉、白砂糖、复合稳定剂,经过科学加工制成蛋白饮料,通过L9(3^4)正交试验法确定产品的最佳工艺配方,并按植物蛋白饮料卫生标准GB16322进行检测,均符合国家标准。其产品颜色均匀乳白,口感细腻,香甜适口,葵花籽香浓郁,而且营养丰富具有一定的保健功效。In this paper, based on the sunflower seed kernel which produced in the Northeast that is a kind of special local product, adding milk powder, white sugar and the compound stabilizer, made the protein drinks through science and processed. Meanwhile, the optimum technical formula was conculded by the L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal testing method, and studied the stability of the protein beverage and physical and chemical indicators with national standards GB 16322. We have received a set of exquisite taste, even and fine, sweet and good flavor, unique nutrients that have beneficial health effects in a comprehensive new type of protein beverage.
