基于泰勒原理下的高职院校精品课程建设——兼论广东农工商职业技术学院学校国家级精品课程《商务谈判》的设计与实践

摘　　要：课程建设,尤其是精品课程建设是当前我国高职教育教学质量提升的关键,按照泰勒原理,课程编制过程被分为确定教育目标、选择学习经验、组织学习经验、验证评价效果四个步骤,根据这四个步骤建设高职院校精品课程,可以为高职精品课程开发开拓一条新路。本文同时就广东农工商职业技术学院国家级精品课程《商务谈判》的设计与实践作了相关说明。course construction, especially the exquisite courses in higher vocational education is the key to improve quality. According to Taylor principle, the curriculum was divided into fpur steps as educational goals determination, learning experiences selection and organization, and evaluation effect verification. According to the four steps, it can develop a new path for the development of exquisite courses in the higher vocational institutions, and at the same time, this article describes the design and practice of the national exquisite course ＂Business Negotiation＂ in Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College.
