摘　　要：目前,大部分师范院校都开设了《教师口语》课程,本文针对学生在口语表达方面及心理素质方面存在的一些问题,提出了实践性的解决方案,对提高师范生的语言表达能力及整体素质的提高有着一定的借鉴作用。At present,most of the Normal Schools in our province offer the course of ＂teacher＇s spoken language＂. According to the problems existing in oral expressions and psychological qualities of the students, this paper proposes some practical solutions which will help to improve college students＇ language competence and their overall quality.
