摘　　要：日本文部科学省于2008年3月公布了新的小学数学学习指导要领，数学课程目标与原来的相比，进一步充实了数学活动的内容，对基础知识与技能的表述方式也发生了变化，同时还增加了培养学生的表达能力和在学习中应用数学的意识.In March, 2008, Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has published the new guidance for math study in primary schools. Compared with the former math course objectives, the new one further enriches the content of math activities. The mode of presentation on fundamentals and practices has also changed. Besides, the objectives on the cultivation of the students＇ expression ability and the consciousness of applying math to study are put in the guidance.
