醋糟的利用现状及前景

摘　　要：醋糟是酿醋的下脚料,其酸性大、腐烂慢,是城市环境卫生治理的一大难点。对醋糟在饲料、食用菌栽培料、植物无土栽培基质、医药及生物质能源等方面应用的研究进行了介绍和分析,并对其的利用前景进行了展望。The vinegar residues are the byproduct of vinegar brewing and have the characteristics of high acidity and slow rotting, which is a big problem of the urban environmental sanitation management. This paper introduces the research of vinegar residue utilization in feed, mushroom planting material, medicine and bio-energy. The prospect was also discussed.
