摘 要:开展专业教材编著实践,工作对专业教师教研能力的培养有着积极的促进作用,主要体现在对专业教师提升认知教学规律和理论水平、提高整体把握课程教学内容的能力、增强科学运用多元教学方法及手段的能力和促进课程精品建设成果的传承与创新等四个方面。研究结论为科学组织教材编著队伍,合理吸纳青年教师参编教材工作,积极借助教材建设培养青年骨干教师提供了依据。Combined with the compiling practices of the series teaching books for the civil engineering specialty of our university,the cultivating functions of this works for educational-research ability of specialized teacher are discussed,which were concluded into four aspects of promoting the knowledge and theory level in educational regulations,raising the mastering ability on teaching content in its entirety,enhancing the scientific application ability of multi-components teaching methods and mediums,and contributing to the achievement succession and innovations in course building.The results provide the foundations for scientifically organizing the teams to compile teaching books,rationally recruiting the young teachers to join in the works and actively cultivating the young backbones with the aid of teaching book development.
