摘　　要：通过对我国农村党员干部现代远程教育工程、农村中小学现代远程教育工程、全国文化信息资源共享工程的资源进行深入的分析比较,证实我国三大文化教育工程资源存在整合的必要性,并针对基础设施资源、教学资源、人力资源和财力资源提出整合策略。The paper analyzes and contrasts the resources of modern long-range education engineering of party cardres in the village, resources sharing engineering of cultural information and distance education in rural primary and secondary schools. And then the necessary of the resources integration about the three projects are verified. In the end, the strategy for integration of resources referring infrastructure, teaching, manpower and financial are put forward.
