摘  要:开展师范生实习支教工作是强化师范生实践教学、提高教师培养质量的有效措施。河北师范大学自2006年起实施的"顶岗支教"工程得到了实习基地和社会的高度认可,也得到了教育部、河北省委省政府的充分肯定。为了进一步做好"顶岗支教"工作,提高"顶岗支教"工程实施质量,研究组于2008~2009年度以河北师范大学为案例,通过实地调查、访谈、数据分析,探究了教师教育改革与发展一些值得关注的问题。调研结果显示,完善"顶岗支教"工程,优化师范生培养模式,改革教师教育课程内容,改进教师教育方法,对师范生进行针对性、系统性培养,将会有效地提升师范生教育教学专业能力,提高师范生培养质量。Developing practice teaching in normal students is an effective measures to strengthen practice teaching and improve the quality of teacher training.The "In-post Teaching" projects implemented since 2006 have been highly recognized not only by the social practice base,but also been fully affirmed by the Ministry of Education and Hebei provincial government.In order to implement "In-post Teaching",improve its quality,taking Hebei Normal University's "In-post Teaching" as a case,the study groop explores some problems about reform and development of teacher education through field investigation,interview and data analysis in 2008~2009.Research results show that it is effective to improve teaching and education professional ability of normal students and training quality with perfecting the "In-post Teaching" project,optimizing the training mode of normal students,reforming the curriculum content of teacher education,improving the teachers' education methods,making targeted and systematic training for normal students.
