摘  要:人才培养模式单一、教师职业技能训练弱化以及"去农村化"较为严重是当前教师职前培养中存在的几大弊端。针对中国教师教育面临的困境,基于加强与改革农村教师教育的方法论思想,高等师范教育改革应当构建"订单式"教师人才培养模式,开展"顶岗实习支教",重构教师教育课程体系,推行教师职业技能多证书制度等,从中探讨以应用型人才为培养目标的教师教育改革之路,为农村基础教育培养高素质师资。Defects in the present pre-post training of teachers include single pattern of talent cultivation,weakened vocational technical training and serious "deruralization".Accordingly,on the basis of methodology of strengthening and reforming rural teacher training,the paper argues that a customized teacher training mechanism should be set up in teacher's colleges,teaching practice and aid education should be carried out,the curriculum system of teacher training should be restructured,and that technical certificate system be implemented for teachers.By doing so,the paper attempts to explore a path to reform teacher training with the aim of cultivating application-oriented talents and providing high-caliber teaching staff for basic education in rural areas.
