摘  要:文章讨论了在新课程背景下,民族地区教师应有的教育观念,提出了教师应树立促进学生发展的教学目标观;开放、科学的课程观;民主、对话的师生观;关注个性、多元的学生学业评价观。the article discussed what were kind of education concepts teachers working in ethnic groups area should have under a sort of new curriculum background,meanwhile,it supports that teachers should establish education aims to encourage positive development of students,set up free and scientific curriculum ideas,create harmonious relationships between teachers and students with helps of democratic communication while to pay more attention to individual and multidimensional student assessment.
