摘　　要：在推动学生学习的外部动力系统中，激励机制的形成是一个重要的要素。在这个激励机制中，可以概括为：教师、学校、社会三个层次的推动，课程实施、就业导向两方面的照应，教、学、做三个过程的统一。当这些要素能有效的形成一个系统时，这种激励机制才真正意义上发挥了整体功能。The formation of the incentive mechanism is a very important factor in the outer motive powers of promoting the students to study. This incentive mechanism can be briefly summarized as the promotion made by such three aspects as teachers, schools and the society, the coordination of fulfilling the courses and guiding the employment, and the union of three procedures of teaching, learning and practicing. When these factors form a system efficiently, the incentive mechanism can play a big role in the whole function indeed.
