摘　　要：在推动学生学习的外部动力系统中，激励机制的形成是一个重要的要素。在这个激励机制中，可以概括为：教师、学校、社会三个层次的推动，课程实施、就业导向两方面的照应，教、学、做三个过程的统一。当这些要素能有效的形成一个系统时，这种激励机制才真正意义上发挥了整体功能。In the system of the outer motive force that stirs nism is an important factor In this incentive mechanism, it up students＇ study, the formation of incentive mechacan be summarized as： the common effort of teachers, school and the society; combination of curriculum implementation and employment guide; the unity of teaching , learning and doing. As these items can form an effective system, the incentive mechanism then can really give full play to its entire function.
