摘　　要：城乡统筹背景下教师继续教育"项目驱动"模式,是实现城乡教师由现有"生长点"向"最近发展区"提升转换的过程,要着眼于教师内外驱动系统中的关键点,落脚于城乡统筹背景下教师继续教育项目设计和开发的优化。The ＂project-driven＂ mode for teachers＇ continuing education against the urban-rural coordination background is the process of realizing the promotion from the present ＂growing point＂ to the ＂developing area＂ of near future.It should focus on the teachers＇ key point in the internal and external systems and the optimization of design and development of teachers＇ continuing education projects against the urban-rural coordination background.
