摘  要:为优化海蓬子多糖的水法提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,运用响应面分析法,研究水料比、提取时间、提取温度对海蓬子多糖提取率的影响,建立多糖提取得率的二次回归方程,并对其工艺参数进行优化。研究结果表明:水提海蓬子多糖的最佳工艺参数为水料比48∶1,提取时间4.0h,提取温度90℃。在该条件下提取一次,多糖得率为2.0%,而理论预测多糖得率是2.01%,实际得率达到理论预测值的99.5%。The extraction of polysaccharides from Salicornia bigelovii Torr.was studied in this paper.According to the single-factor experiments,three levels of the factors( extraction temperature,time and the ratio of water to solid) were selected for the Box-Behnken factorial design to establish a quadric regression equation for describing the yield of polysaccharides. By response surface analysis,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction temperature of 90℃,extraction time of 4.0h and water-pueraria residue ratio of 48∶1,under which the experimental yield( 2.0%) of polysaccharides accounts for 99.5% of the theoretically predicted value of 2.01% with one-time extraction.
