摘　　要：生产性实训基地是高等职业教育的创新举措,是提高人才培养质量的有效途径。江苏经贸职业技术学院不断突破传统观念和体制束缚,以现代服务业为特色,建立"政府主导、行业指导、企业参与、社会支持"的办学机制,积极探索产学研合作教育新模式,共建、共管、共用、共享,进一步凸现了建设主体多元化,学校与企业真正结成紧密型的战略合作伙伴关系,在实践中创出了一条适合自身发展的新路子。The productive training base is the innovation of higher vocational education and an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training.Jiangsu Vocational and Technical Institute of Economic and Commerce continues to break through the traditional idea and the institutional constraint,establish the school-running mechanism of government-leading,industry-guiding,business-participating and social-supporting,actively explore the model of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in construction,management,appliance and possession,further highlight the diversity of subject and the close type of strategic partnership between colleges and enterprises,which has created a new way for their own development.
