摘  要:对酒类产品中甜蜜素的测定方法的研究现状进行了总结。我国现用国标方法存在易出现假阳性,检出限不能满足酒中甜蜜素检测的要求等问题。虽然目前酒中甜蜜素检测方法众多,但经改良的气相色谱法、气质联用法和高效液相色谱法最低检测限仅可达1mg/L,离子色谱法最低检测限为0.03mg/L,其他方法的灵敏度则更低,均不能达到国外相关法规标准提出的酒中甜蜜素不得检出(<0.01mg/L)的要求。液质联用法中HPLC-MS和UPLC-MS-MS对甜蜜素的检测限分别达到0.01mg/L、0.17μg/L,检测灵敏度比以上方法均高很多,可以快速、高效对酒类产品中甜蜜素进行检测,具有较大的研究价值和应用推广价值。The research status at present in the determination of sodium cyclamate in liquor was summed up.The determination methods used nowadays had the disadvantages as follows:the detection limit could not meet detection requirements and the detection may easily result in false positive results.Although there were many methods for determining sodium cyclmate in liquor,LOQ of sodium cyclamate detected by GC,GC-MS and HPLC were 1mg/L while by IC were 0.03mg/L.None of them could meet foreign regulation requirements(detection limit0.01mg/L).However,the detection limit of sodium cyclamate by HPLC-MS and UPLC-MS-MS were 0.01mg/L,0.17μg/L.Their detection sensitivity was better and could determinate sodium cyclamate in liquor rapidly and efficiently.These two methods should be highly recommended for further study and application.
