地方院校国际商务专业硕士学位教育前瞻性分析——以徐州师范大学国际商务专业硕士学位工作为例

摘　　要：2009年教育部增设国际商务专业硕士学位,财经类高级专业人才培养又增加了一个新的培养途径。地方院校有必要开展国际商务专业学位培养工作,以适应宏观上经济发展的新要求、中观上区域经济面临的新机遇和微观上提升国际商务人才的培养水平和社会服务能力。地方院校开展国际商务专业学位建设,应该有良好的国际经济与贸易领域的人才培养历史和基础,完善的硬件设施和高水平的师资队伍,并强化培养工作的实践教学环节,而从政府到学校的多层面支持,是国际商务专业学位建设实施的制度保证。厘清专业学位教育与科学学位教育的差异之处,强化办学模式的实践导向,重视学位论文选题的应用价值和培养对象解决问题能力的考核,是实施国际商务专业学位教育的基本原则。With the approval by the Ministry of Educationin of the professional master＇s degree of international business it becomes necessary for locally-administered colleges and universities to develop the professional education for master＇s degree of international business to adapt for the new demands of economic development at the macro-level,seize the new opportunities facing the regional economy at the mid-level and upgrade the personnel training of international business and the capacity to serve society at the micro-level.The locally-administered colleges and universities running the professional education for master＇s degree of international business should have a good history and foundation for training personnel of international business and trade and complete hardware facilities and the ranks of quality teachers,strengthen the link of practical teaching in the personnel training,and try to get supports from government to school as a system guarantee for carrying out the professional degree building of international business.And it is viewed as a basic principle of developing the professional education for master＇s degree of international business to make clear the difference between the professional degree education and the research degree education,strengthen the practical directivity of the school-running mode,and attach importance to the applicative value of the selection of a subject for dissertation and the check on the trained personnel＇s ability to solve problems.
